Question 3: Briefly describe how to avoid Plagiarism

Answer: Research your topic. Once you understand it write the piece in your own words. Reference all websites and authors with quotations and citations, including dates.

Question 4: Briefly outline the relationship between Plagiarism and Copyright

Answer: It seems the general difference between the two breaks down to, Plagiarism is the theft of someone else's work passed off as your own where copyright is using it for financial gain.
An article written by Ron Shook explained it as:

"Copyright violation is against the law. Plagiarism is occasion for moral outrage. It is certainly true that a plagiarist can commit copyright infringement. But what happens when for instance, I lift wholesale information that is either in the public domain or which has had the copyright lapse? I’m plagiarizing but not infringing on a copyright. In those cases, the objection is moral/ethical rather than legal."
